I am thirteen years old, and I am in seventh grade. I am in love with fitness, and I have been for all my life. I have been involved in so many sports over my life, such as gymnastics, rock climbing, soccer, dance, swimming, ice skating and so much more. Currently I do competitive cheerleading, (which is a sport!) rock climbing, and when I can I take skateboarding lessons. I try to find the best workouts to do at home, because I want to be the strongest person I can. A long the way, I have learned so much, including how hard it is to love fitness, want to be stronger, or improve your lifestyle as a teenager!
